Positive: The only thing one would like is the building from outside Negative: Poor and old furniture. It is as if someone bought an apartment in a nice building but either it belonged to old people who are no longer there and someone is using is as an accommodation with the old furniture or bought second hand furniture for it. It needs renovation, a good clean and comfortable furniture. Or pay a lot of money and stay in a horrible place. I stayed in other properties close to it that are a lot nicer but cheaper. I stayed for two nights out of the 10 nights I booked. I moved out to a nicer place with similar price, I fought booking.com to get the money back for unused nights. I wouldn’t pay more than 20 euros per night for it!

Eccellente soggiorno Positive: Appartamento ben concepito, funzionale e pulito, vicino al centro e dotato di accesso a due piscine, una interna ed una esterna molto carine. I nostri due figli le hanno molto apprezzate. Negative: Il riconoscimento facciale all’entrata non funzionava, perciò abbiamo dovuto suonare alla portineria ogni volta che rientravamo nel condominio, ma c’era sempre qualcuno per aprirci

Pleasant stay Positive: Beautiful and clean building. Apartment is simple but very functional and relatively comfortable. Negative: Nothing so terrible. It would be nice if there was a can opener (i ended up opening a tomato paste can with a spoon), and knives for food preparation. There were only butter knives. The access to the building was a bit painful. We stayed 10 days and the last 2 days were the only days that they recognized us and let us in without having to say our names, which apartment we were going, and what was the purpose of the “visit”. If any positive can be taken from this is that, yes, the building is extremely secure. It wiuld be better if they allowed us in through face recognition. A few times it took us around 10 minutes for them to let us in. However, those issues did not spoil our stay. We just learned to be patient and creative.

The flat is fantastic. Positive: The flat is perfect. We loved it. There is a nice restaurant across the road. Close to station and we felt safety there.
